******* Dear Logik Legal and Atty. Sabrina Herrell: I received your email below, earlier today, but as I've lost all Internet, the FreedomPop 'free' phones (Google 'FreedonPop' free phones, if you didn't get the note) I use to check my email weren't strong enough to reply with a PDF copy of my filing in the Illinois Supreme Court, which has the documents you request, below. Now that my father has come home, I'm using his smartphone to get on the Internet, but, as I'm using 'Basic' Gmail (I only have dial-up speeds Internet), our original emails (below) are in Black and White, not colour: Moving on... Things are really tough financially for me, now (unless I win this case, and let's not forget, I have the legal ability to do this -- again -- all by myself, if the IL Supreme Court grants a fair review of my filing; PROOF: you have links, below, to the Fla. Supreme Court documenting that I nearly won -- all by myself -- in the infamous Terri Schiavo case: I did better than even former Fla Gov Jeb Bush: They denied my rehearing 4-3, but Gov Bush lost 7-0 before the same panel of justices, so I know about legal issues, and will not intentionally mislead you). ******* OK, you ask 2 things of me: First, you ask for certain documents: For a copy of my driver's license and other ID, please see the PDF file titled: "Gordons-DriversLivense-Etc.pdf" For the other documents you request, please see the attached copy of my filing in thr IL Supreme Court, "Watts v Flannery and Shelley," a Rule 383 Motion for Supervisory Orders, in case number 123481, and E-Filed on Fri 20 Apr 2018, ten days ago. This filing has or references all that you require, that is, the loan documents, and also documentation of fraud -- not the least of which is a short, 9-page Order by Judge Michael F. Otto, admitting of a duplicate signature forgery -- believe it or not. You can bet your bottom dollar that I included *this* Order in my Exhibits: It an order in GMAC v Daniggelis 2007-CH-29737, a Chancery Case in Cook County, IL circuit court. The case which I "bring up" to the Supreme Court is GMAC v Daniggelis, Watts, Shelton, Younes, et. al., in the same case number, 07CH29738, but a transfer from Chancery to Law. I'm the "watts," in this style, and Shelton is the same Paul Shelton *you* battled in the Lessie Towns case. Joseph Younes is his former law partner, and the same guy who was in about 7 or 8 recent DNAinfo stories, in the 'Rotted House' story series. ******* OK, you also request $400.oo. Fair enough, but Sabrina, when speaking with me, said that it would have only been $200.oo had *you* done all the filing, legwork, research, and such, but $400.oo to take a new case. I spoke with my minister about this, and he said that since I had done all the heavy lifting, and filing the case (saving you all this trouble), I should ask *you* for payment. Of course, since I'm asking for help, I will not ask *you* to pay me anything, as this would be indecorous, without honour, and rude. However, had I not filed this (and had you all had to file it), I feel it would have almost killed you all to file such a heavy case, and do all this research. I would not wish that upon you, and so I did all the heavy lifting, and filing, printing, and service to all parties (and proof of service with receipts, tracking, etc.). This cost me greatly, and i now have only $137.95 in my bank account, but I will tell you what I will do: If you all read my short brief (it's 142 pages with exhibits, but the Case & Facts and Argument is only sixteen (16) pages, double-spaced, and WILL be reviewed by the 7 Justices, as it was accepted, and they WON'T charge me anything, but gladly read it)... Here's what I can do for you: If you download, print out, and review my brief (I suggest double-sided, black & white laser to save printing costs), and can demonstrate to me that you've read, and are conversant with, my filing, I will BOTH drip my account dry (pay you thr $137.95 by credit card, before it disappears into other areas), AND speak to family and friends, to get more, AND ALSO, contractually agree to split 50%-50% and awards I might get from winning my court case. All you have to do is *read*, *review*, and speak to me (phone consultation: 863.688.9880 HOME or 863.409.2109 CELL), telling me what you all think. Now only will I ((A)) have the possibility of retaining your firm, but moreover, I will ((B)) be paying you for services rendered, and I estimate it only takes an hour or less to review that which I e-filed in the IL Sup Ct. Lastly, ((C)), even if you can't help me, I feel it is good for me to donate to 'good' lawyers and law firms, like the one that helped Ms. Lessie Towns, who -- like my friend, Richard Daniggelis, into whose case I asserted 'mechanic's lien-type' Intervention -- are true victims. Sorry for the long email, but I had to address points: My brief, believe it or not, is an easier read (excepting the Exhibits, but you can speed read them or merely read my references in Argument). Let me know what you are willing to do -- this is the easiest $137.95+plus I've paid anyone in recent times for any work done for me. PS: See the 2 attachments for the docs you requested: The mortgage fraud docs, and my driver's license photo ID.
