I have filed my motion for rehearing to supplement the record on appeal in this case. It is attached. I am also attaching Postal Service certifications that document that no authorised recipient, at the Cook County IL Courts, was available to sign for/receive my filings today.
Since the court keeps losing our filings on a regular basis, I am copying selected clerks in Chancery & the mailroom, so they can know to be on the lookout for my time-sensitive filing, about my elderly 76-year old homeless friend, Rich Daniggelis. PS: There is one small typo in my filing: I erroneously claim, on p.3, that I was finally able to file on August 10, 2005, but this is a clear typo: The case didn't even start until 2007, and I clearly meant that I was able to procure public records & file on Aug.10, 2015, not 2005. Sorry about that; however, this is the only typo I find after proof-reading.

first, as it's more likely they came for the prisoners, mentally handicapped,
&other so-called "inferiors" first -as historians tell us-so they could get
"practiced up"; however, they did come for them -due to the silence of their
