Even after the police department was repeatedly warned not to do so by the court system, LPD nonetheless continued their illegal behaviour:

The Statute Of Limitations ('SOL') is moot to me, since these torts did not occur to me, but be that as it may, the SOL for these torts is 4 years, both Federal (42 U.S.C. 1983 Civil Rights Deprivation under colour of law) and State (fs.95.11(o), Other Intentional Torts).
