QUESTION for Presidential Candidates and their supporters: Is this assessment correct - and, would you 'advocate' this plan to the news media
from the bully pulpit in your upcoming campaign stops? HERE IS MY TAKE: Both Republicans and Democrats have been in "complete" power at
different times (e.g., held Senate, House, and Oval Office), and yet *both* have continued to spend more than we make (i.e., run up the national debt),
**AND** continue to refuse to offer *real* relief for college students: Even Donald J. Trump can file for bankruptcy {{actually: He has obtained
bankruptcy relief - for HUGE SUM$ - four (4) different times - well, not him, personally, but his corporations -- and he *should* have
this option}}, but college students can't obtain bankruptcy relief!? (except under near-impossible standards)

Bankruptcy is the 'Economic 2nd Amendment' by which college students can defend against predatory lending.
REPUBLICANS removed almost all bankruptcy (and all other standard consumer protections) from college loans, but DEMOCRATS made loans easily available,
which Distorted the Free Market, and caused colleges/universities to raise tuition to match increased borrowing ability. BOTH PARTIES are wrong.
Gordon Wayne Watts' solution: Allow college loans to obtain bankruptcy relief
like credit cards - and then colleges/universities will STOP price-gouging students in tuition - when they know students can wield the sword of
bankruptcy in self-defense. (AND STOP offering college loans: We did not have student loans in the 50's - and yet still somehow America was able to
have the best Higher Ed in the world.)
Again, would your various campaigns for President advocate these ideas - or not. Why - or why not? Thx. :D
