A local attorney running for office made false allegations and implied threats of slander, libel, and defamation of character for reasons unknown to this writer -which, in my view, constitute harassment as well.

Yes, I know that there is Urban Legend that it's not 'OK' to record private phone calls in 2-part consent states like Florida, but here is what the law *actually* says about this:

This attorney (Lakeland, Florida Attorney, John Hugh Shannon, Esq.) would be VERY wise to NOT square off against me in court on this (or any) matter -as I am correct, both as to the facts (what did -or did not happen), and as a matter of law. Moreover, while this is NOT illegal, it (meaning me recording his phone call, here)  WOULD be immoral (wrong in the sight of God) in most circumstances... This is NOT "most circumstances."

I am quite angry regarding this matter, but I am attempting to curb my anger -and act only sufficient for self-defense -and defense of others: How many *other* people will he bully like he did me? You might fool others (you might even fool yourself) ... but you won't fool me: I was there, and I know what did (and did not) happen, and, seeing as I spoke to this man only ONCE before he went nutty on me, and seeing as we had a good conversation -and I did nothing subsequent to provoke him, then his claims that I made a "harassing" phone call are baseless. The only other phone call I made, of course, was the one documented in this vid -and it was in *response* to his slander and harassment -thus, occurring *afterwards* -I was not rude -but, even were I rude,... 2 things:

1) He owed me an explanation of his grievance... as he was the one with a complaint of some type... and:

2) My follow-up phone call came AFTER his harassment, and thus could NOT have been the cause of it. LOL...
