Dear Mr. Watts:

Thank you for your continued correspondence about important issues related to education. I always appreciate you taking the time to share your views on this important matter with my staff and me, and I welcome the opportunity to respond.

Since being elected, I have consistently voted in support of programs that provide low-income students with the opportunity to receive a scholarship to attend a private school of their parents' choice.

Education prepares individuals to provide for themselves, their families, and those in need. It is an investment that brings great rewards and opens the doors of opportunity which otherwise would be closed. I believe everyone interested in pursuing a higher education should have an opportunity to do so.

As the father of two sons, I know first-hand the important role education plays in today's society, and I hope you will continue to share your ideas with me moving forward. As a member of the President-elect's transition team, I will be sure to share your ideas with the incoming administration. Additionally, I would also strongly encourage you to reach out to the President-elect directly as well to share your ideas, which you can do here: https://www.greatagain.gov/

Thank you, again, for writing to me. Citizen input is the cornerstone of good public policy and I commend you for taking action.

It is an honor and privilege to represent constituents like you of the 15th District of Florida. To learn more on how I may serve you, please visit http://dennisross.house.gov. Please feel free to continue to contact me in the future.
         Sincerely,
